NBA Unveils 2025 Cup Courts, Prime Video Rights

The NBA unveiled alternate court designs by artist Victor Solomon for all 30 teams for the 2025 Emirates NBA Cup, featuring team-specific gradients, Cup-trophy artwork and prior champions' winning years displayed at center. The Cup begins Oct. 31 with Prime Video doubleheaders and themed "Cup Nights," and group play runs through late November with teams placed into five-team pods that play each opponent once. Group winners and conference wild cards advance to a single-elimination knockout stage, with ties broken by head-to-head results and point differential. Quarterfinals will be held in early December hosted by higher seeds, semifinals are scheduled for Dec. 13 and the Finals for Dec. 16 in Las Vegas. Games count toward the regular-season standings (teams will play 82 or 83 games depending on advancement), and Emirates' sponsorship brings reported prize money for the champion while Prime Video holds exclusive rights to knockout-round coverage.
