91-Year-Old Man Charged with Child Abuse at Halifax Home

Malcolm Phillips, 91, and Linda Brunning, 65, have been charged with multiple child sexual offences stemming from incidents at Skircoat Lodge Children's Home in Halifax, West Yorkshire, between the 1970s and 1990s. Phillips faces 32 charges, including rape and indecent assault, related to seven victims, while Brunning has been charged with 15 offences involving three victims.
