Actor Michael Cole Passes Away at 84

The show, which aired from 1968 to 1973, was notable for its portrayal of counterculture themes and featured Cole alongside Peggy Lipton and Clarence Williams III. After The Mod Squad, Cole appeared in various television series, including a significant role as Harlan Barrett on General Hospital, where he was involved in a cartel storyline. He was the last surviving main cast member of The Mod Squad, with his co-stars having passed away in previous years. Cole's career also included stage performances and numerous guest appearances on popular TV shows. He is survived by his wife, Shelley Funes, and his children.
