Tame Impala Plans 2025 U.S. Deadbeat Album Tour
Tame Impala, led by Australian multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker, has announced their 2025 U.S. Deadbeat Tour in support of the new album 'Deadbeat,' set for release on October 17. The tour kicks off with two shows at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center on October 31 and November 1, followed by stops in Chicago, Austin, San Diego, Los Angeles at the Kia Forum, and concludes at Oakland Arena on November 14. The album, inspired by Western Australia's rave scene, marks a stylistic evolution featuring a more minimalistic and spontaneous approach, with singles like "End of Summer" and "Loser," the latter featuring a music video starring Joe Keery. This is Tame Impala’s first new record since 2020’s Grammy-nominated 'The Slow Rush' and their first U.S. headlining tour since 2021. Tickets go on sale to the general public on September 12, with pre-sale available via tameimpala.com. Parker continues to blend psychedelic rock with electronic elements, maintaining his influence across genres and collaborations with artists such as Dua Lipa and Lady Gaga.
