Brentford have made the loan signing of Italian-born Nigerian right-back Michael Kayode permanent, securing him on a five-year contract with an option for an additional year. Kayode, who joined Brentford from Fiorentina in January 2025, quickly established himself as a key player, making 12 Premier League appearances and contributing assists in notable matches against Arsenal and Manchester United.
