Andrew Mangiapane Traded to Capitals for Draft Pick

This move is part of the Capitals' efforts to bolster their offense, which ranked 28th in goals-per-game last season. Mangiapane, who has maintained a 40-point season streak for the past three years, will likely play a middle-six role for the Capitals. His international experience includes representing Canada and winning a gold medal at the 2021 IIHF World Championships, where he was named MVP.
