Loker Elementary School in Wayland, Massachusetts, was evacuated on Tuesday after a student discovered an inert World War II grenade on school grounds around 3:30 p.m. Responding police and fire officials quickly established a perimeter as students and faculty participating in an after-school program were evacuated.
