Jonas Brothers Release 'I Can’t Lose' Supporting Stand Up To Cancer Campaign

The Jonas Brothers have released their new single "I Can't Lose," dedicated to cancer survivors and those who stand up to cancer, in partnership with Mastercard's Stand Up To Cancer campaign. The song debuted during the 2025 MLB All-Star Game, accompanied by a music video honoring the strength and resilience of people affected by cancer. As part of the campaign, the band surprised fans and their loved ones impacted by cancer with a rooftop performance of the song. "I Can't Lose" will be the opening track on their upcoming album, Greetings From Your Hometown, set to release on August 8, 2025. The Jonas Brothers will also launch their 20th anniversary tour, JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown, beginning August 10, featuring a career-spanning setlist and special guests. Mastercard is committed to donating up to $5 million to Stand Up To Cancer through cardholder purchases at qualifying locations through August 22.
