Levitation Festival Announces 2025 Lineup, Moves to Palmer Events Center Austin

LEVITATION festival returns in 2025 with a new centralized venue at the Palmer Events Center in Austin from September 25-28, offering a multi-stage experience with both indoor and outdoor stages. The 75,000-square-foot venue features modern amenities such as air conditioning, ample parking, and a shaded outdoor courtyard, providing an upgraded production environment with 360-degree lighting and visuals. The festival’s lineup includes notable headliners Mastodon, Acid Bath, TV On The Radio, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Pavement, and Built To Spill, with night shows continuing at downtown venues in the Red River District to maintain the festival’s intimate club atmosphere. This shift from the previous multi-venue format marks a return to a more consolidated festival footprint, reminiscent of past Austin music festivals, while still incorporating interactive art installations, local vendors, and an expanded poster show. General admission passes and night show tickets are currently on sale. Festival co-founder and director Rob Fitzpatrick highlighted the venue’s capacity to accommodate a world-class show and enhance the visual and musical experience for attendees.
