Marcus Dumervil Transfers to Arkansas Football

Arkansas has successfully added offensive lineman Marcus Dumervil from Maryland as part of a major retooling effort on their offensive line, following the transfer of three starters. Dumervil, a former four-star recruit out of high school, brings experience from his time at both LSU and Maryland, where he started as left tackle. He played a significant role in Maryland's passing offense, which ranked third in the Big Ten in 2024. Meanwhile, Michigan has also been active in the transfer portal, securing Ferris State’s Lawrence Hattar, an All-American lineman, who helped lead his team to a national championship. Both programs are looking to bolster their offensive lines in preparation for the upcoming season. Coach Sam Pittman expressed confidence in Dumervil's potential contribution to the Razorbacks.
