North Las Vegas police seek vehicle in fatal hit-and-run

North Las Vegas Police are investigating two separate fatal hit-and-run incidents that occurred recently. In the first incident, a pedestrian was fatally struck by a white sedan while crossing against a red signal at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard North and Carey Avenue. The vehicle fled the scene and is described as having damage to the right front side. In a separate case near Lake Mead Boulevard and McCarran Street, a pedestrian was killed by a speeding tan or beige 1998-2002 Mercury Grand Marquis, which has moderate front-end damage. The suspect vehicle has been located, but the driver remains at large. Authorities are appealing to the public for any information regarding these incidents.
