Bakery attack in Lisichansk, eastern Ukraine kills 28

Ukraine has been accused of using Western weapons to kill 28 people, including a child, at a bakery in the Russian-controlled city of Lysychansk. Ukrainian forces have been under attack over the past 24 hours, with continuous assaults along the front line. Moscow and Kyiv have increasingly relied on longer-range attacks this winter amid largely unchanged positions on the 1,500-kilometer front line in the nearly 2-year-old war.
