Week 9: Cooper Kupp, Multiple Players Inactive
Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp was inactive against Washington after aggravating a heel issue and then suffering a hamstring injury in practice, missing his first game with Seattle while Dareke Young and Jake Bobo were also sidelined and practice‑squad receivers were elevated for depth. The Bills listed cornerback Taron Johnson inactive vs. the Chiefs with a groin issue, with Cam Lewis expected to see more snaps, and both Buffalo and Kansas City had additional players ruled out while some questionable linemen remained active. The Broncos released their inactive list for the game at Houston, with J.T. Gray active for the first time since joining the 53‑man roster and Jaleel McLaughlin listed as a healthy scratch as Denver reshuffled its backfield and special‑teams personnel. The 49ers ruled QB Brock Purdy out for Week 9 and did not designate him as the emergency third quarterback; Dee Winters, Sam Okuayinonu and Jordan Elliott were cleared to play and new acquisition Keion White is set to make his San Francisco debut.
