Bollywood actress Rakul Preet Singh has been on bed rest following a serious back injury sustained during an 80 kg deadlift on October 5. In a video shared on her Instagram, she expressed regret for not listening to her body, which led to a spasm that worsened into a major injury, confining her to bed for the past six days. Rakul anticipates another week of recovery, emphasizing the importance of acknowledging bodily signals and the need to rest. She reflected on her experience, stating, "I thought my mind was stronger than my body, but it doesn't always work like that." Despite the setback, she remains optimistic about her recovery and plans to return stronger. Rakul's upcoming film, 'De De Pyaar De 2', is set to release on May 1, 2025.
