A New York judge awarded her power of attorney over Scaglia's share, allowing her to manage the business independently. This ruling concludes a contentious three-year legal battle, during which Scaglia accused Haart of financial misconduct, claims that were ultimately dismissed due to lack of evidence. Haart is also entitled to $7.4 million in unpaid management fees and half of the proceeds from a painting sold by Scaglia.
