Terminator 2D Game Launches September 5, 2025

Bitmap Bureau has announced Terminator 2D: No Fate, a retro-style side-scrolling video game inspired by 1990s arcade games, set to release on September 5, 2025. This game adapts the iconic movie, Terminator 2: Judgment Day, allowing players to control characters like Sarah Connor, John Connor, and the T-800 in their fight against Skynet and the T-1000. It will be available on PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game features a blend of classic film scenes with new scenarios, multiple endings, and new story elements, including future timeline missions with John Connor. Publisher Reef Entertainment plans to release physical copies and potentially bring the game to retro platforms. It promises additional game modes such as arcade and boss rush modes, serving as a tribute to the 80s and 90s arcade classics.
