Colin Gray Pleads Not Guilty in Georgia School Shooting Case

Colin Gray, the father of 14-year-old Colt Gray, who is accused of a deadly shooting at Apalachee High School, has pleaded not guilty to a 29-count indictment that includes charges such as second-degree murder and reckless conduct. His attorney waived his presence at the arraignment, and Colt Gray also entered a not guilty plea earlier this year. Colt Gray is charged with killing two students and two teachers, injuring several others on September 4. Investigators revealed that Colin purchased the AR-15 style rifle allegedly used in the attack as a Christmas gift for his son. Prosecutors are seeking records from shooting ranges and other evidence related to the Grays, which could play a vital role in the case. No additional court dates have been scheduled as the defense requests more time for motions related to the discovery of evidence.
