Police Seek Missing People Across US, UK, Canada

Police across the U.S., UK and Canada are searching for multiple missing people and have released descriptions, last-seen locations and contact numbers for tips. Cases include 14-year-old Allan Ponce Cardenas, last seen at Del Valle High School in Austin on Oct. 23, and 14-year-old Brook, last seen in Bristol city centre after leaving Clevedon. Authorities are also seeking vulnerable adults including 79-year-old Sam Dubose, who left Youngstown possibly driving a gold 2003 Lexus ES300 (OH plate 248ZEM) and has dementia; 73-year-old Donald Pink, last seen Friday in Pembroke Pines; 82-year-old Victorio Cisneros, who disappeared while on a walk in Detroit; 62-year-old Brenda Smith, who left a Sebastian County retirement home without access to vital medications; 44-year-old Crystal Dianne Elliott, missing from Elizabeth City; and a 62-year-old man reported missing from Lachine, Montreal. Lansing police are separately seeking 30-year-old Tony Antwaine Austin, believed to be in danger and noted for a cross tattoo on his face. Families and authorities say they are increasingly concerned for these individuals' safety and urge anyone with information to call 911 or the listed local tip lines immediately.
