Multiple Northeast Men Charged in Child Pornography Cases

Several men have recently faced charges related to child pornography and exploitation in New York and New Hampshire. Rashaad W. Lodge, 22, from Schenectady, was charged with promoting and possessing child sexual exploitation images following a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and was released on his own recognizance after arraignment. Wilbur, a Cayuga County man, received a 12-year prison sentence for possessing child pornography depicting victims as young as four years old, followed by 15 years of supervised release and mandatory sex offender registration. In Albany, Brian Hargraves, 54, was indicted for posing as a teenage boy online to obtain sexually explicit images from a 16-year-old girl; he faces up to 10 years in prison. Eric Mosier of Saratoga County is accused of using a 4-year-old child to produce child pornography and faces between 15 and 30 years in prison if convicted. These cases involve investigations by state police, federal agencies, and internet crimes task forces, highlighting ongoing efforts to combat child exploitation.
