Two men, Jerry Tolentino and Aram Martinyan, have been charged with the murder of Robert Dehnoushi, a 54-year-old music promoter, who was shot in a Glendale strip mall parking lot on August 15. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office stated that Dehnoushi was followed to a restaurant by the suspects, where Tolentino allegedly shot him while lying in wait. Tolentino, who has a prior felony conviction, is also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon. If convicted, Tolentino faces a maximum sentence of life without parole, plus 15 years, while Martinyan faces life without parole. The motive for the shooting remains unknown, but authorities believe Dehnoushi was specifically targeted. Both men are scheduled for arraignment on September 20.
