Vertiv Raises 2025 Guidance Amid AI Demand Surge
Vertiv Holdings (NYSE:VRT) reported record Q2 2025 revenue of $2.64 billion, up 35% year-over-year and well above analyst expectations, with adjusted EPS rising to $0.95. The company raised its full-year 2025 guidance for revenue, adjusted EPS, operating profit, and free cash flow, now projecting $10 billion in sales, despite facing temporary margin pressures from tariffs and supply chain costs. Demand for data center and AI infrastructure solutions continues to drive growth, supported by a strong $8.5 billion backlog and robust order activity. Vertiv also announced the acquisition of rack manufacturer Great Lakes, further expanding its capacity and innovation efforts. Shares rose over 5% following the results, with Vertiv outperforming the broader market this year. Additionally, Verisk Analytics reported strong earnings but saw its stock decline amid market weakness.
