Davis had filed a paternity lawsuit in 2022 and later a defamation lawsuit, both of which have been dropped. The trial, expected to last four to five days, has led to the postponement of the Cowboys' season-opening press conference from Wednesday to Saturday. Attorney Kris Hayes hailed the court's ruling as a victory for Alexandra, allowing her to publicly assert her truth. The settlement reached before Jones took the witness stand has concluded all litigation between the parties.
