Check Point Q3 Beats, Raises FY25 Guidance
Check Point reported Q3 revenue of roughly $677.5–$678 million, a 7% year-over-year increase, and adjusted EPS of $3.94 (about 75% higher year-over-year), helped in part by a $1.47-per-share tax settlement benefit. Billings rose about 20% to $672 million. Management provided Q4 guidance of adjusted EPS $2.70–$2.80 and revenue of about $724–$764 million, and raised FY2025 adjusted EPS guidance to $11.22–$11.32 from a prior $9.60–$10.20 range. Shares jumped as much as roughly 10% in early trading on the beat and guidance raise. The company said it remains focused on growth areas such as SASE and on AI-driven security following its Lakera acquisition as it competes with peers including Palo Alto Networks and Fortinet.
