12-Year-Old Girl Charged with Manslaughter in Leicester

A 12-year-old girl has been charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of 80-year-old Bhim Kohli, who died from injuries sustained during an alleged attack while walking his dog in Franklin Park, Braunstone Town, Leicester. Mr. Kohli passed away on September 2 at Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham. The girl, whose identity is protected for legal reasons, will appear at Leicester Youth Court. Additionally, a 15-year-old boy has been charged with Mr. Kohli’s murder and is scheduled to appear in court later this week. The case has resulted in the suspension of an inquest until the completion of the ongoing criminal proceedings.
