Two-Vehicle Crash Kills Man, Injures Three on Purple Heart Parkway, Tennessee

A two-vehicle crash on Purple Heart Parkway at Jordan Road in Clarksville resulted in the death of 69-year-old David Frazier, the front passenger of a Nissan Altima. The crash occurred on Wednesday morning and involved the Altima and another vehicle, with three occupants from the Altima airlifted to Nashville-area hospitals. David Frazier succumbed to his injuries, while the Altima's driver remains in critical condition and the third passenger is stable. The two occupants of the second vehicle sustained only minor injuries. The roadway was closed for several hours to facilitate medical helicopter landings and evacuations.
