Teachers violating the directive will face departmental consequences, and legal action will be taken against the implicated private coaching institutes. The department has instructed district education officers to promptly submit details of such teachers and emphasized the importance of teachers' presence during the Bihar School Examination Board exams. The state has 12,761 registered private coaching institutes catering to 9,95,533 students, with Patna leading in the number of centres and students enrolled.
