Illinois and New Jersey have seen increases in minimum wage and restrictions on book banning and telemarketing respectively. Alabama has introduced laws regarding law enforcement training and tax regulations, while Louisiana has implemented restrictions on gender-affirming healthcare for transgender minors. New York and Ohio have also seen increases to their minimum wage, with Ohio also implementing a law requiring parental consent for social media accounts for individuals under 16. Massachusetts and Pennsylvania have enacted laws related to tax cuts, hunting seasons, and classification of repeat offenders.
