Australian Supercars champion Will Brown is set to compete in the NASCAR Cup Series race at the Chicago Street Course on July 6, driving the No. 13 Chevrolet for Kaulig Racing alongside teammates AJ Allmendinger and Ty Dillon. Brown, who won the 2024 Supercars Australia Championship with five wins and a record 19 podium finishes, will attempt to follow in the footsteps of fellow Supercars champion Shane van Gisbergen, who won the same Chicago race in his Cup debut in 2023. Brown previously made his Cup debut at Sonoma last year driving for Richard Childress Racing and has expressed excitement about joining Kaulig Racing, whose owner Matt Kaulig believes Brown has the talent to compete for a win at one of NASCAR’s most prestigious events. The No. 13 car will be primarily sponsored by MobileX and Shaw and Partners Financial Services, with several other sponsors supporting the effort.
