Amazon MGM Studios has announced the romantic comedy 'You Deserve Each Other,' starring Penn Badgley and Meghann Fahy and adapted from Sarah Hogle’s bestselling novel. The film is directed by Marc Silverstein and Abby Kohn, who also revised the script from an original draft by Brett Haley and Marc Basch. The story centers on Naomi and Nick, an engaged couple who have secretly fallen out of love and try to sabotage their own wedding, only to rekindle their romance. The source novel has earned two Goodreads Choice Awards nominations and was named an Amazon Editors’ Pick. Fifth Season and Likely Story are producing the film.
