HBO Harry Potter Series Casts Multiple Weasley Siblings

HBO has announced the casting of the Weasley siblings for its upcoming Harry Potter TV series, with Tristan Harland as Fred, Gabriel Harland as George, Ruari Spooner as Percy, and Gracie Cochrane as Ginny, joining Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley. Katherine Parkinson will portray Molly Weasley, while the roles of Arthur, Charlie, and Bill Weasley remain uncast or set to be introduced later. The series, executive produced by J.K. Rowling and others, aims to adapt each of the seven Harry Potter novels into a season of television, delivering a faithful and detailed retelling for both new and existing fans. The cast also includes Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, John Lithgow as Albus Dumbledore, and Nick Frost as Hagrid. Showrunner Francesca Gardiner and director Mark Mylod lead the production, which is currently filming and promises to explore the wizarding world with the same care and authenticity that has defined the franchise for over 25 years.
