Casa Bonita Opens Public Reservations

Casa Bonita, the iconic Lakewood, Colorado restaurant known for its cliff divers and mariachi band, has opened reservations to the general public after more than a year of an invite-only system. The famed restaurant, which gained additional renown from a 'South Park' episode and was purchased by the show's creators in 2021, has undergone $40 million in renovations. Starting September 16, reservations for October and November can be made online, with those in the Founders Club receiving early access. Guests will no longer have to pre-pay for meals but must order an entrée. The restaurant, which seats up to 2,100 people, had previously relied on a lottery system due to high demand. The new reservation system has already seen significant interest, with tens of thousands joining the queue shortly after it opened.
