Inaugural World Games Series Opens in Hong Kong

The inaugural World Games Series kicked off in Hong Kong with 88 athletes from 34 countries participating in competitions that include cheerleading, roller sports, and wushu, aiming for qualification spots for the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China. Deputy Financial Secretary Michael Wong praised the event for promoting sports without costing the government, highlighting the venue's role in fostering international cooperation.
