Daniel Ochoa, a 39-year-old man from Worcester, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon after allegedly shooting at another driver during a road rage incident on Route 146 in Millbury. The victim reported that Ochoa, driving a red Honda Civic, pointed a gun and shot at his car, shattering the passenger side window, although no injuries were reported. Police recovered a pellet gun from a barrel near Ochoa's vehicle, leading to his arrest. Ochoa entered a not guilty plea in Worcester District Court, where bail was set at $1,000.
