George Strait Plans 2026 Return Concert Clemson Memorial Stadium

George Strait, the renowned country music legend, will return to Clemson University's Memorial Stadium, known as Death Valley, for a special in-the-round concert on May 2, 2026. This event marks his first performance at the venue in over 25 years, with special guests Cody Johnson and Wyatt Flores joining him. Tickets for the concert will go on sale on October 31, 2025. Strait, who set attendance records with stadium shows in 2024 and played five shows in 2025, will also be honored at the 47th Kennedy Center Honors in December 2025 and inducted into the Texas Songwriters Hall of Fame in early 2026. The Clemson concert is the only show announced by Strait for 2026 so far, making it a highly anticipated event for fans.
