The toxicology report revealed they had ingested three times the fatal dose of fentanyl, along with traces of cocaine and THC. Willis checked into rehab for substance abuse after the incident. The police investigation continues with no evidence of foul play or charges filed yet, despite the families' suspicions of poisoning.
