The estate, originally listed for $42.5 million, is renowned for its prime hunting and fishing opportunities, featuring abundant wildlife such as wild quail, turkey, and whitetail deer, along with multiple ponds and extensive waterfront. Paul revealed on the "The Iced Coffee Hour" podcast that he has dreamed of owning a ranch for 15 years and funded the purchase largely with his $30 million winnings from his 2024 fight against Mike Tyson. The property includes a 5,000-square-foot lodge, guest and manager homes, a horse barn, and other amenities tailored for outdoor activities, with plans by Paul to use the land for hunting, wake-surfing, and eventually building a race track.
