Multiple US Men Charged with Producing, Possessing Child Pornography Across States

Multiple individuals across different states have been charged with offenses related to child sexual exploitation, including possession, creation, and distribution of child pornography. Matthew L. Ivener of Schenectady and Jon B. Tanzman of Brunswick were both found with images consistent with child sexual exploitation and face charges accordingly. Oscar R. Lewis from Hancock County faces several felony charges after videos were found showing him engaged in sexual acts with a juvenile, along with evidence of inappropriate behavior and instructions toward minors. In Pennsylvania, Christopher O’Neill was arrested after investigations revealed he possessed nearly 700 images and videos of child pornography, some AI-generated, and was also charged with burglary and theft involving a young girl. Clayton Palmer in Twin Falls is accused of uploading, downloading, manufacturing, and sharing child sex abuse material, with charges pending and a high bail set.
