Exodus Announces 40th Anniversary Shows in California

Exodus is set to celebrate the 40th anniversary of their iconic album 'Bonded by Blood' with two special concerts in California, coinciding with what would have been the 65th birthday of the band's original vocalist, Paul Baloff. The shows will take place on April 25 at UC Theatre in Berkeley and April 26 at House of Blues in Anaheim, featuring the album performed in its entirety alongside other Baloff-era songs, with fellow thrash veterans Death Angel providing support. Exodus guitarist Gary Holt expressed excitement for the events, emphasizing their significance as a 'once in a lifetime moment.' Tickets will go on sale starting January 24, with pre-sale options available on January 23. This will be among the first performances for returning vocalist Rob Dukes, who rejoined the band after parting ways with Steve 'Zetro' Souza. Death Angel's frontman, Mark Osegueda, also highlighted the importance of 'Bonded by Blood' in shaping the thrash metal genre.
