Noel Gallagher Creates Six-Hour Version of Oasis Classic

Noel Gallagher has created an unprecedented six-hour ambient version of Oasis' classic song 'Champagne Supernova' for the upcoming 'Legends' exhibition at London's National Portrait Gallery. This exhibition, opening on November 29 and running until March 2, showcases over 100 black-and-white portraits by photographer Zoë Law, including notable figures like Sir Bobby Charlton and Sienna Miller. The immersive soundscape of the extended track will accompany Gallagher's portrait, which features the 1967 Epiphone guitar he used to write the original song. In addition to this artistic venture, Oasis is set to reunite for a series of shows in 2025, marking the first live performances by Noel and Liam Gallagher together since their split in 2009.
