A series of violent carjackings have led to multiple arrests across the United States. In Hialeah, Osmani Menendez, 38, was arrested for carjacking and assaulting an 87-year-old man outside a Sedano's supermarket. In Louisville, Randall Allen, 37, was shot by police while attempting a carjacking outside a Walmart and is now facing multiple charges. Deyquann Foster, 25, from Port Orange, was arrested after a carjacking and kidnapping incident that ended in a WaWa convenience store. Lastly, Michael Jackson, 33, was arrested in Bartow after a high-speed chase resulting in him ramming three police vehicles.
