Dodge has officially opened orders for its first electric muscle car, the 2024 Charger Daytona, with full production expected to start soon. Customers who place an order by October 31, 2024, will receive the exclusive First Call package, which includes a two-day performance driving experience at Radford Racing School, a welcome kit with a letter of authenticity, and access to a VIP concierge service. The Charger Daytona R/T starts at $59,995 and offers 496 horsepower, while the high-performance Scat Pack model costs $73,190 and delivers up to 670 horsepower with the PowerShot feature. Both models qualify for a $7,500 federal tax credit. The new Charger Daytona models are expected to arrive at dealerships in the fourth quarter of this year. Prospective buyers can use the Horsepower Locator tool on DodgeGarage.com to find certified dealers and customize their vehicle using the new interactive configurator on Dodge.com.
