Brar, a designated individual terrorist, orchestrated a terror-extortion-narco network through his associates, targeting businessmen in multiple states. The NIA revealed a wider conspiracy involving arms procurement, narcotics trade, and attacks on Brar's targets. The accused, including key conspirator Goldy Brar and his associate Goldy Dhillon, face charges under various acts. Two accused, including Brar, are currently absconding from authorities.
