Richard Mansell secured his first DP World Tour title at the Porsche Singapore Classic by sinking a final-hole birdie to win by one stroke over Japan's Keita Nakajima. Mansell, a 29-year-old Englishman, was one shot off the lead going into the final round of the tournament, which was reduced to 54 holes, and carded a six-under 66 to finish 16-under overall. He delivered a spectacular performance with five consecutive birdies from the fourth hole and a crucial two-putt birdie from over 100 feet at the 18th. Mansell expressed profound emotion upon his long-awaited victory, noting the significance of overcoming past near misses and the support from his wife, Ellie. Nakajima finished with a flawless seven-birdie performance at 15-under, while Adrien Saddier and Tom McKibbin tied for third place at 14-under. Mansell's victory netted him approximately $425,000 in prize money.
