Commercial Truck Driver Killed After Crane Strikes Lehi Overpass

A commercial truck driver died Sunday morning in Lehi after the crane arm on his cement form truck was left extended upright and collided with a train overpass near 2100 North and 2300 West. The impact caused the driver to lose control, resulting in the vehicle rolling over and the driver being pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles or individuals were involved or injured in the accident. The overpass sustained only cosmetic damage and remains functional. Authorities closed the nearby road for several hours to investigate and clear the scene, urging drivers to avoid the area and use alternate routes. The identity of the deceased has not been released.
