Six suspects, including three adults and three juveniles, have been apprehended in Tulare County, California, for the murder of 25-year-old Angel Puga, who was assaulted and fatally injured during a Halloween party. Puga's death was caused by blunt force trauma and linked to Northern gang members who confronted him as he was leaving the event. The adult suspects are Landon Woods (20), Eric Bullard (18), and Matthew Makert (22), while the juveniles are aged 16 and 17. All suspects in the Tulare County case have been charged with homicide, with adults held in county detention and juveniles in a juvenile facility. They are being held in custody pending further legal proceedings.
