Qantas Faces Pricing Error and Dreamliner Damage

Around 300 travelers purchased these tickets before Qantas identified and corrected the coding mistake. The airline is offering affected passengers either a rebooking into business class at no extra cost or a full refund. Additionally, a Qantas 787 Dreamliner sustained damage from tyre tread separation during take-off from Rome, causing cracks in the wing, though it landed safely in Perth. The aircraft has been temporarily removed from service for repairs. Despite these challenges, Qantas aims to manage the fallout and maintain its customer service standards.
