Bucks County Family Killed in Murder-Suicide

In a tragic incident in Buckingham Township, Pennsylvania, 59-year-old Steven Chow shot and killed his wife, 63-year-old Amy Troung, and their 21-year-old son, Raymond Chow, before taking his own life on August 12. The shooting occurred around 10:27 a.m. while both victims were lying in their beds, all suffering from gunshot wounds to the head.
