Garcia White Executed in Texas

Garcia Glenn White, a Texas man convicted of murdering 16-year-old twin sisters Annette and Bernette Edwards and their mother Bonita Edwards in 1989, was executed on Tuesday evening. White, 61, was the sixth inmate executed in the U.S. over the past 11 days. During his final moments, White apologized to the victims' families and sang a hymn before being pronounced dead.
