Jackson, Turner-Smith Finalize Divorce and Custody Terms

Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith finalized their divorce nearly two years after Turner-Smith filed in October 2023, ending four years of marriage. Both parties agreed to waive all claims to spousal support or alimony, with Jackson paying $2,787 monthly in child support for their daughter Juno until she turns 19 or graduates high school, and sharing additional child-related expenses equally. They will continue to co-parent with joint legal and physical custody of Juno. Turner-Smith retains her business, Sacred Crow, as well as her earnings, assets, and intellectual property, while Jackson keeps his earnings, acting residuals, and two Los Angeles homes. Jackson also made substantial equalization payments and contributed to Turner-Smith’s legal fees. Both have publicly emphasized prioritizing their daughter's well-being, with Turner-Smith stating that centering their child was key during the separation.
