Saif Ali Khan Discharged, Attacker Arrested in Thane

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan has been discharged from Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on January 21, 2025, after recovering from multiple stab wounds inflicted by an intruder during a burglary attempt at his Bandra home. Saif was attacked on January 16, 2025, suffering injuries to his hand, neck, and back, with a knife fragment lodged dangerously close to his spinal cord. The attacker, identified as Bangladeshi national Shariful Islam, was apprehended by police in Thane and is currently in custody. Saif's wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan, expressed her distress over the incident and has been actively supporting him through his recovery. The couple is contemplating enhanced security measures and possibly relocating to a more secure residence. Despite the traumatic event, Saif is recovering well and has been advised to rest for a full recovery, while his family and friends continue to rally around him for support.
